Ordering Information
Phone & Fax Orders
It will make ordering by phone easier if, before you phone, you have the catalog number, title and quantity of the item(s) desired available to you. A purchase order is necessary if required by your organization. You may place an order by calling anytime during office hours; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with the exception of holidays. Please note that we are in the Central Time Zone. Every effort is made to ship orders the same day received. Orders phoned in after 3:00 P.M. will be shipped the following day. Next Day shipments phoned in before 3:00 P.M. receive priority handling for shipment the same day. Those after 3:00 P.M. will not be guaranteed to be shipped that day.
Shipping Information
UPS Ground is our usual carrier for most orders to U.S. addresses. Alternate carriers and/or expedited shipping is available. Exact shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
Additional shipping notes:
- If you have an FPO/APO Box or a Post Office Box number and no street address, we can only ship by Parcel Post.
- To ship by UPS or FedEx Ground we will need your street address.
- In all cases, the actual shipping charge is invoiced to you.
- If you need an estimate of shipping charges, please ask, and allow time for us to do so.
Written Orders
All written orders must contain the billing and shipping address of your organization, a purchase order number, the catalog number, title and quantity of the item(s) desired. Orders containing catalog numbers get preferential handling over those without. All items ordered are sent on a no return basis. We do not ship on approval.
Order Payment
The prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. Barnhouse reserves the right to change prices without notice. You will be billed for the current price on your invoice. All items listed in this catalog were in print and available at press time. Some items may not be available at the time of your order and will be listed as back ordered on your invoice if only temporarily out of print. Those items placed on back order will be shipped as soon as our stock is replenished.
Archive Edition Orders
Barnhouse Archive Editions are digitally created and stored until ordered. All Archive Editions can be identified by the addition of AR to the product number i.e. 012-1234-00AR is an archive edition of the former 012-1234-00 product. Archive Editions are listed in the alpha list in this catalog using this numbering format. If orders are received using the archive edition product number we will assume that you and your customer are aware that they will be receiving an archive edition and accept the listed price. If the AR number is not used, we will confirm the price with you before shipping.
