Commissioned by the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, this stunning work depicts the industrial sounds of steel making, the jubilant sounds of a band in the park and the jazz heritage of the area. This noted composer brilliantly melds two thematic elements together to form an exciting percussive conclusion. A wonderful programmatic work for mature bands!
